We Are Era is a pan-European media company that integrates a creative studio with a talent agency. Specializing in managing and producing content and campaigns for broadcasters, brands, and NGOs, projects include TV productions, fictional series, and brand original formats on social media platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Twitch.
As the senior team lead of graphic designers, animators, and art directors, I was directly responsible for the team's creative quality, project delivery, and professional development.
